Fred has been an absolute pleasure to deal with yet again. I was put in contact with Fred last year when I bought my first house and he was excellent then. When I decided to upgrade my home, I knew Fred would be able to help me out again with selling. He took excellent photos of the home, wrote up a great description of the house, and scheduled an open house during the first weekend it went on sale. Fred was able to find a buyer during the open house and sold my home within only a few days of being on the market. I couldn't be happier with Fred. I tend to ask a lot of questions and want to know everything about what is going on, and Fred is always there to reply to either my phone calls, texts, or emails. Never once did I have to ask him twice for something or remind him to reply to me. He always replied back promptly and informatively. I've had absolutely no complaints with the service that Fred has provided me in all of my dealings with him. I highly recommend him.

He was quick to set up viewings for any homes that I wanted to look at as well as providing incite and help in finding home I might be interested based on my criteria. I happened to see property for sale that I was interested in viewing and happened to contact Fred Beuchel. I could not have been happier that he happened to be the selling agent as he worked hard to show me the properly around my hectic schedule. I drive between states and he had arrange his time around mine. When the first property wasn't what I was looking for, he immediately found other properties that were in line with my needs. When I suggested we look at other areas outside of the city I originally wanted, he willingly started pulling properties in areas that I was comfortable with and knowing what I would or would not like. After six months I decided to postpone purchasing as what I wanted just wasn't on the market. A week later a property that was up for sale and I really liked (minus the price) was lowered by the seller to a reasonable price. Fred contacted me, we were able to see the property within 24 hours, and make an offer. After Fred working with the seller's realtor and myself to finalize the sale, he was able to make it happen. He worked just as hard to make the closing happen earlier than the seller expected and we closed immediately.
